Do you offer adult channels?
Yes, we offer adult channels — but they are not included by default in any of our packages. This is because many users prefer not to have that type of content available, particularly in households with children. If you want access, it's straightforward to add.
How do I add adult channels?
Step 1 – Submit a request
Log in at qplay.tv and go to your account page. Under the "More" tab you'll find the content change form. Select your current package and indicate that you want to include adult channels.
Step 2 – Wait for activation
Our technical team will activate the channels within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
Step 3 – Update the playlist in your app
Once the channels have been activated you need to reload the playlist in your IPTV app for them to appear. In some apps a restart may be required.
Channels not showing even though they're activated?
Some apps automatically hide adult content by default, even if it's enabled on your account. Go into the app's settings and look for an option to show hidden or filtered content.
