How do I watch Allsvenskan on QPlay?

Where do I find the Allsvenskan matches?
Allsvenskan is broadcast via the following categories in your IPTV app:

How to navigate there
- Open your IPTV app and go to Live TV

Update your playlist before kick-off
Stream channels don't have a fixed EPG (programme guide) — instead, match information is displayed directly in the channel name. Update your playlist shortly before kick-off to see which match is showing on which channel.
Picture quality
QPlay broadcasts Allsvenskan in high quality. Selected matches may be available in 4K — this is indicated in the channel name when available.
For the best possible picture quality we recommend:
- A wired connection — Connect your device directly to the router via a network cable
- At least 25 Mbit/s for Full HD and 50 Mbit/s for 4K

Are all Allsvenskan matches included?
Yes. All rounds of Allsvenskan are included, including qualification matches. Selected matches may be broadcast in 4K which is indicated in the channel name.
The match isn't showing — what do I do?
Update your playlist in the app settings shortly before kick-off. Stream channels are often activated just before the match starts and won't appear in the list until they go live.
Can I watch match replays?
Unfortunately not. Most Allsvenskan matches are broadcast via stream channels without EPG, which means catch-up is not available. However, matches may become available in the VOD library afterwards — search for the team name or "Allsvenskan" under movies and series.
Can I record matches?

It's buffering during the match — what do I do?
Try the following in order:
- Switch from WiFi to a wired connection
- Lower the resolution to 720p or 1080p in the app settings
- Connect via VPN if you suspect your internet provider is throttling traffic
- Contact our support team if the problem persists
Does it work on a Smart TV?
Yes. For the best experience however, we recommend an external streaming device such as an Apple TV or Android TV box over built-in smart TV apps.
