Frequently asked questions
Does TiviMate work on regular Android phones?
TiviMate is primarily designed for Android TV, Google TV and Firestick. There is a version for regular Android phones but it's more limited. For mobile use we recommend MYTVOnline+ or Opus IPTV instead.
Do I need to buy Premium to use TiviMate?
No, the free version works well for basic use. Premium unlocks recording, multiview (watching multiple channels simultaneously) and some additional customisation options. It's a one-time payment with no recurring fee.
Where are my recordings saved?
Recordings are saved to the device's internal storage or a connected USB drive. Make sure you have enough space before you start recording — one hour of HD content takes approximately 3–5 GB.
The EPG guide is showing the wrong times — what do I do?
Check that the time zone is correctly set under Settings → General → Timezone. If the problem persists, try forcing an EPG update under Settings → EPG → Update Now.
