How to cancel your QPlay subscription
There's no lock-in period with QPlay and you can cancel your subscription whenever you like. The process is straightforward and you don't need to contact support — everything is handled directly from your account page.
How to cancel step by step
- Log in to your account at qplay.tv
- Go to "Current plan" on your account page
- Click on your active subscription
- Select "Cancel plan"
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation
Once the cancellation has been registered you'll receive a confirmation email. Your subscription will continue to work until the expiry date you've already paid for.
Can't see the "Cancel plan" option?
The self-service cancellation option becomes visible within 14 days of your expiry date. If it doesn't appear, contact our support team and we'll help you straight away.

Frequently asked questions
Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-period?
No. You retain full access to the service until the end of the period you've already paid for, but no refund is issued for the remaining time.
How do I know when my subscription officially ends?
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the cancellation is registered. You can also see the exact end date on your account page at any time.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Unfortunately we don't offer a pause feature at the moment. If you want to take a break you'll need to cancel your subscription and then sign up again when you're ready to come back. Remember that you can always undo a cancellation via your account page as long as the subscription hasn't fully expired.
What happens if I don't cancel before the renewal date?
If you don't cancel in time your subscription will automatically renew for the next period and payment will be charged as normal. Make sure to cancel in good time if you don't want to renew.
Can I restart my subscription after cancelling?
Yes, of course. You can sign up for a new subscription at qplay.tv at any time and get started again straight away.
