What do you receive in the order confirmation?

When you complete a purchase with QPlay, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The email typically arrives within a couple of minutes and contains everything you need to get started straight away.


What's included in the order confirmation?

The most important thing you'll find in the email is your Xtream credentials — the login details you use to connect your IPTV app to QPlay. These consist of three parts:

In addition to your Xtream credentials, the confirmation also includes:

  • A receipt for your purchase with the amount paid and subscription period

Can't find the email?

It occasionally happens that the order confirmation ends up in the wrong place. If it hasn't arrived after a couple of minutes, try the following:

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Using Gmail? Check the Promotions tab
  3. Did you enter the correct email address at checkout? Log in at qplay.tv and check your account page

Even if the email disappears you're never stuck. Log in at qplay.tv, go to your account page and you'll find your Xtream credentials and subscription details at any time.


Why is the order confirmation important?

The order confirmation serves as both a receipt and the key to the service. The first time you order we recommend saving the email or noting down your Xtream credentials somewhere safe — it makes things easier when you log into your app or set up QPlay on a new device later on.

If you lose your credentials it's never a problem. Log in to your account page or contact our support team via live chat or email and we'll sort it out for you straight away.

How long does it take for the email to arrive?

The order confirmation is sent automatically immediately after payment is completed. In the vast majority of cases it arrives within a couple of minutes. If it takes longer, check your spam folder and promotions tab before contacting support.

Can I find my Xtream credentials without the email?

Yes. Log in at qplay.tv and go to your account page — your active credentials are always available there regardless of whether you still have the email or not.
